At Gary's Weight Loss Journey, we are dedicated to helping our clients achieve their weight loss goals through personalized programs and support. Our mission is to empower individuals to make positive lifestyle changes that lead to long-term health and wellness.
Our Approach
We take a holistic approach to weight loss that focuses on nutrition, exercise, and mindset. We believe that sustainable weight loss is possible for everyone with the right tools and guidance. One of the tools that Gary uses is the "All In One Master Tonic" or AIOMT. The Master Tonic is a proprietary blend of Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar (with the Mother), Lemon Juice, Honey, Ginger, Cayenne Pepper, Cloves, Turmeric and Cinnamon. This is the magic elixir that has done wonders for Gary's health and has helped him lose weight. His Primary Care Physician (PCP) was skeptical at first but eventually credited the tonic with helping lower Gary's blood sugar, and lose weight. This was coupled with a healthy meal plan and consistent exercise.

Dr. Shakiera Marilyn Hockaday-Bey is the CEO for S.H. Infusion known as Herbal Infusion, a Holistic Health and Spa store. She provides Holistic and Health coaching. Shakiera holds a Degree in Alternative Health from American Institute of Holistic Theology. She is National Board Certified in Colon Hydrotherapy, National Board Certified in Therapeutic Massage, Reiki 2, and Certified Holistic Body Wrap Consultation. She is also a member of The International Association of Colon Hydrotherapy (I-Act).
She is the author of the book "Sacred Space Of A Female."
